Super fine Fiberglass dust filter bag used in blast furnace dry Gas cleaning plant
We have involved in Blast furnace dry gas cleaning system 20 years ago, At present , we have successfully applied our superfine glass fiber needle punched filter bag FMS 9806 to the iron and steel industries, now they are used for Bao steel, Tang Steel, Shan Steel, JSPL , JSW, Bhushan steel ,SLR,Usha Martin and other foreign large-scale iron and steel enterprises.
FMS dry dust filter bag is the most suitable material used in blast furnace dry gas cleaning system which designed by Chinese MCC.
These dry GCP bag used in 65m3 75 m3, 120m3, 330m3,350m3,550m3,650m3 dry GCP silo for BF gas cleaning.
This kind fabric is needle punched by 3-4 fibers together, it has high temperature repellent, good air permeability, easy to take offer cake advantage. Now widely used in dry GCP system.

The detail description of filter medium
For reducing resistance of filter media, except the special technology for laying the fiber , we also choose different diameter fiber to process, let’s the fabric can be graded structure, on the fabric surface ,there is super fine fiber, to increase the fabric filtration precision ,anti-acid and alkali ,and en-length the life of fabric. In the actual application , the efficiency as same as membrane coating fabric , but resistance is more lower.
1) Nonwoven fabric cross section choose graded structure , fiber diameter from thin to thick, there are 4 layers, surface super fine fiber layer--super fine fiber---scrim—thick fiber layer. The fiber more thin, the ventilation channel more compact.

2) Learning from the technology of membrane fabric.
We change the same diameter fiber to different diameter fiber, then blended together, turn the traditional filter media to graded structure filter media.
The method of filtration from “ surface layer +deep layer” to “surface layer” only. The super fine fiber layer can resistance smaller particles, the nonwoven fabric surface will be more compact, and easy to remove ash cake.
